seven years, and this may include personal data associated with the contracting and paying entities.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on physical media in computer systems in the European Economic Area.
Transmission across open, public networks is always done within channels using industry-standard encryption.

deletion occurs through the deletion of records or files using system facilities. Backups are stored on systems
with equivalent security measures as production systems. No production data is used in development or testing
contexts.
